Mango Pineapple Habanero Chicken Bowls

Mango Pineapple Habanero Chicken & Rice Bowls for the week. This is my all time favorite lunch meal prep EVER!!
Mango Pineapple Habanero Chicken with rice, broccoli slaw and pineapple. Does it get any better that that?! Nope it doesn’t.

Ingredients
  

  • 7 Oz Chicken Breast
  • 1 Cup White Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple
  • 2 Cups Broccoli Slaw
  • 6 Tbsp GHughes Mango Pineapple Habanero Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cook 4 cups of rice in the pressure cooker or any way you wish.
  • Air fry chicken breast pieces at 400° for 10 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is done, weigh out your portion and mix with the sauce.
  • Fill up each bowl with the portioned rice, broccoli slaw, pineapple and sauces Chicken.
  • Fill more sauce into individual containers if you want extra sauce when you reheat!
  • Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
