Mango Pineapple Habanero Chicken Bowls
This is my most popular meal prep that people make and tag me in. It makes me so very happy because this so happens to also be MY all time favorite meal prep! I have eaten this more times than I can count and I never tire of it!
Not everyone knows, but I do NOT like broccoli. I have never liked the texture or the taste whether it is cooked or raw. BUT when it is in slaw form I will eat it mixed in a hot dish. It not only gives me some great vitamins and fills me up with its fiber but it gives this dish an amazing little crunch and finishes this off perfectly!
I love to use broccoli slaw or shredded cabbage as fillers in a lot of my dishes. They not only are ZERO points and healthy veggies but they provide you with more food which I also appreciate! 🙂
