- 23 oz Ore Ida Hash Browns
- 10 large Eggs
- 8 Applegate Chicken and Maple Chicken Sausage Patties
- 8 tbsp Light Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
- 4 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Fry your hash browns in a non-stick pan. I use Pam spray a few times within the process of frying so my potatoes get some crispiness.
Whisk your eggs and fry them up
Microwave your chicken sausage so they are no longer frozen (optional)
Layer your bowls with hash browns, eggs, chicken sausage and top with shredded cheese over your eggs
Drizzle maple syrup (optional)
