Maple Chicken Sausage Breakfast Bowls

I love meal prepping breakfast bowls that include eggs and hash browns! These chicken sausage patties are delicious and they make for the perfect combo!

I topped these with light shredded cheese and a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup. People think I am nuts that I love syrup on my eggs and potatoes but my grandma used to do that and she was one smart lady!

  • Layer your bowls with hash browns, eggs, chicken sausage and top with shredded cheese over your eggs
  • Drizzle maple syrup (optional)
