Orange Poppy Seed Baked Oats
Blended baked oats are super easy and so delicious! It's like you are eating a warm freshly baked muffin but without all the guilt.
There are so many different flavors you can make for these oats and I'm just getting started!

Ingredients

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Baking Powder

Poppy Seeds

Eggs

Sugar Free Orange Jel Mix

tsp
Vanilla Extract

Orange

tsp
Orange Zest

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray non-stick in your ramekins and place on the cookie sheet
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Pour evenly into your ramekins
Bake for 25 minutes (ovens may vary so watch them)
When done, let them cool before you place in the fridge. You can cover with foil or put into baggy's
