Orange Poppy Seed Baked Oats
As you may know, I love making easy recipes that I’m not having to spend all day in the kitchen for. This is the perfect breakfast that is both easy, quick and AMAZING!
They keep you full for a while and are super healthy. Why would you eat anything else?!
Orange Poppy Seed Baked Oats
Blended baked oats are super easy and so delicious! It's like you are eating a warm freshly baked muffin but without all the guilt.There are so many different flavors you can make for these oats and I'm just getting started!
Equipment
- 1 Blender
- 1 Oven
- 1 Cookie Sheet
- 4 10 oz Ramekins
Ingredients
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
- 4 large Eggs
- 20 grams Sugar Free Orange Jel Mix
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Orange
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- 3 Bananas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spray non-stick in your ramekins and place on the cookie sheet
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth
- Pour evenly into your ramekins
- Bake for 25 minutes (ovens may vary so watch them)
- When done, let them cool before you place in the fridge. You can cover with foil or put into baggy's
