Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Baked Oatmeal

I have seen a ton of baked oatmeal posts out there but yet have never tried my hand at making them. I figured that this week it would be easier for me to meal prep my breakfasts in addition to my lunches.
The title is a mouthful and so is the portions! These turned out DELISH, especially with the addition of peanut butter powder both inside and as the drizzle. Then you have the melted chocolate in each bite along with the sweetness of the banana and maple syrup. I am in heaven!
