Pumpkin Spice Latte Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

It's that time of year and I'm here for it! I love pumpkin everything, especially pumpkin spice lattes!
I turned it into a delicious baked oats for the week. Get a little extra caffeine with your breakfast!

Equipment

  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Large Blender/Ninja
  • 1 Cookie Sheet
  • 4 10 oz Ramekins

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
  • 1/2 cup Brewed Coffee (I used Nespresso Pumpkin Spice Cake)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Butter Extract
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar
  • 4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
  • 8 tbsp Reddi Whip for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Blend all your ingredients except for whipped topping
  • Pour into your four ramekins evenly
  • Bake for 25 minutes
  • Top with whipped topping and more pumpkin spice seasoning!

Notes

Total of 5 Weight Watchers points!
No need to top with your whipped topping until you have reheated! I heat in the microwave for 1 minute 40 seconds. It really depends on your microwave.
