Cut up your chicken breast and season with ground thyme, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside.
Start cooking your rice either in a rice cooker or pressure cooker
Air fry half of your chicken at 400 for 15 minutes, mixing it up half way through.
Mix your sauce ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil then turn down to simmer.
Empty your cooked chicken into a clean bowl and cook your 2nd batch of chicken
Start boiling your water for the broccoli
Once your 2nd batch of chicken is done, boil your broccoli for just a couple minutes then strain
When your rice beeps, pour your sauce over your chicken, mix and let sit
Divide your rice into 1 cup for each of your lunch bowls
Add your chicken to one side and broccoli to the other
Top with raspberries and lime wedges
