Raspberry Chipotle Chicken Meatballs
This turned out delicious and super easy. I love a sweet and slightly spicy kick. This is also really good with beef meatballs, just stick with 96/4% to keep it lower in points!

Instructions
Mix your chicken meatball ingredients.
Make small meatballs, up to you on size. I made mine on the smaller side.
Air Fry at 400 for 10 minutes. This may only take 8 minutes depending on your air fryer so keep an eye on it.
Mix your sauce ingredients in a sauce pan on warm.
Heat up your rice and once done, put into a bowl.
When your meatballs are cooked, put in with your sauce.
Put your meatballs over your rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds (optional).

Total of 8 Weight Watchers points for meatballs and sauce.
Total of 6 points for 1 cup white rice.
