Equipment

  • 1 Cast Iron Pan/Griddle/Fry Pan

Ingredients

  • 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 12 oz 96/4% Ground Beef
  • 4 slices Velveeta Cheese
  • 2 Wickles Pickles (any of your choice, these are my fav)
  • 2 tbsp Diced Onion
  • 2 tbsp Diced Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Diana's Light Thousand Island

Instructions

  • Cut out two rounds per flatbread using a glass bowl.
  • Heat up your pan on high or whatever your will be using to make these. You can put oil in your pan or butter for non stick.
  • Divide your ground beef into four 3 oz balls.
  • Smash each ball onto each round flatbread, season with salt and pepper then put into your pan beef side down. Push down with either a burger smasher, spatula or anything you have.
  • Fry for 1 minute or 2 depending on your temperature then flip, add your cheese on the meat and cover to melt and crisp your flatbread.
  • Do the same process for each smash burger taco!
  • Top with your burger fixings and don't forget your burger sauce! ENJOY!

Notes
