Pat dry your chicken breasts and score to make slits both ways diagonal.
Mix your spicy yogurt ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Add your chicken to your bowl and mix in with your yogurt mixture until all parts of the chicken is covered. You can also put the mix and chicken in a large ziploc.
Cover your big bowl and place into the fridge. Marinate for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
At this time, you can start dicing up your veggies for street corn and set aside.
Once you are ready to start cooking your chicken, set your air fryer to 400.
Place your chicken in to the air fryer two at a time and cook for 15 minutes. Time varys depending on your fryer. Flip half way or when your fryer beeps at you like mine does.
Measure out your rice according to what appliance you are using and start cooking.
In a large mixing bowl, make your street corn and set aside.
Once your chicken is cooked, take it out and place on a cookie sheet while the next 3 cook.
When your rice is done, assemble your bowls!
Slice your chicken breast any way you wish and add to your bowls.
I will heat these up at work for 2 minutes, stir and heat another 45 seconds. I like to add light sour cream to mine when I eat it! ENJOY!
