Broil your Flat Iron Steak for 6 minutes each side. (Season with your choice)
While the meat cooks, caramelize your chopped onions in a small fry pan. I fry them on a high heat, once start to brown add a little bit of water, stir and repeat that process until it is all golden brown.
Cut up your red pepper and mix your aioli.
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees once the meat is cooked.
Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
Lightly spread your aioli on your flatbread.
Sprinkle the cheese, add the sliced steak, corn, red peppers and onions.
Bake for 12 minutes.
When done, take out and top with fresh chopped cilantro.
