Street Corn and Bacon Pizza

This my friends has got to be one of the most delicious pizza's I have ever made. If you love street corn as much as I do then you have GOT to try this one!
I love any kind of corn but street corn is my all time favorite! I once had it on a taco food truck and I have never looked back.
Have you had street corn? Do you call it that? Do you have a recipe of your own that you make?

  • Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
  • Once that is done, take out and spray with Light Butter Spray. You can use olive oil if you prefer.

  • Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
  • When done, take out and top with more seasoning, cotija cheese, cilantro and drizzle of crema.
