Summer Poppyseed Salad

This is such a fantastic salad and the perfect refreshing fresh meal for a hot summer day.
You can also double or triple this and bring to a party and it will be a big hit!

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Big Salad Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Mixed Greens (I buy bagged chopped salad)
  • 6 oz Chicken Breast
  • 1 Diced Mango
  • 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Fat Free Feta
  • 1/4 cup Reduced Sugar Dried Cranberries
  • 1/8 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 4 tbsp Panera Poppyseed Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Air Fry chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
  • Cut up your lettuce (if not bought that way)
  • Cut up your fruit
  • Once the chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
  • Put everything in your bowl and EAT!!
