Summer Poppyseed Salad
This summer salad is one of my favorites! Fresh crispy apple, amazing delish mango, juicy fresh strawberries and bursting in your mouth blueberries makes this healthy AND delicious!
I am all about a delicious poppyseed dressing on any salad that has fruit. It really makes it even better and super low in points!



Summer Poppyseed Salad
This is such a fantastic salad and the perfect refreshing fresh meal for a hot summer day. You can also double or triple this and bring to a party and it will be a big hit!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Big Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 cups Mixed Greens (I buy bagged chopped salad)
- 6 oz Chicken Breast
- 1 Diced Mango
- 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Fat Free Feta
- 1/4 cup Reduced Sugar Dried Cranberries
- 1/8 cup Sliced Almonds
- 4 tbsp Panera Poppyseed Dressing
Instructions
- Air Fry chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
- Cut up your lettuce (if not bought that way)
- Cut up your fruit
- Once the chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
- Put everything in your bowl and EAT!!
