Sweet Potato Pie Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)
These baked oats are AMAZING and the perfect Thanksgiving breakfast. They're healthy and could be in place of a piece of sweet potato pie for dessert if you wish!

4 10 oz Ramekins
1 Cookie Sheet (your ramekins will bake on this)
Ingredients

Old Fashioned Oats - dry (I use Quaker)

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1
cup
Sweet Potato Puree (I use Farmers Market)

tsp
Baking Powder
2
tbsp
Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Vanilla Extract

Butter Extract

Ground Cinnamon

Ground Ginger

Ground Nutmeg

Himalayan Pink Salt (use any salt)

Kraft Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Set out your 4 ramekins on the cookie sheet and spray with non stick Pam
Blend all ingredients except marshmallows in your blender
Pour into each ramekin evenly
Bake for 20 minutes (if eating right away, bake for 25)
Once done, top with marshmallows!
I used a kitchen torch to brown my marshmallows but not necessary. I also added some pecans and dried cranberries which are delicious!
