Instructions
Air Fry your chicken and hash brown at 400 for 10 minutes; flipping/shaking half way through
Scramble your eggs, fry them up and set aside
Mix your cranberries and apricot preserves, set aside some for dipping and rest for inside your crunchwrap
Once your chicken is done, cut into small pieces
Preheat your stove top with your pan to get it warmed up
Assemble your crunchwrap starting with half of your cheese, chicken, egg, cranberry/apricot chutney, hash brown and rest of your cheese
Fold like a present (see my Instagram story reel video)
Spray folded side and place into your heated fry pan then cover
Once the folded side down turns golden brown (just couple minutes), spray the top of your crunchwrap, flip and cover
Once that side is golden brown, spray all sides and fry up holding it between your butter spray bottle and spatula
Once done, cut in half and enjoy!
