Thanksgiving Breakfast Crunchwrap

Happy Thanksgiving Friends! This is a delicious and filling breakfast to kick off Thanksgiving before you get together with family and friends for a big feast later in the day!


Thanksgiving Breakfast Crunchwrap

I’m kicking off Thanksgiving morning with a delicious crunchwrap filled with Fried Chicken, Hash Browns, Eggs and Apricot Cranberry Chutney.
This afternoon will be filled with family, food and football! Soooo excited! I hope everyone enjoys the day!

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 3-1/2 oz Just Bare or Costco Lightly Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
  • 2 large Eggs – scrambled
  • 1 Trader Joes Hash Brown Patty
  • 3/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Free Apricot Preserves
  • 2 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce/Jelly
  • 1 ICBINB Light Butter Spread

Instructions
 

  • Air Fry your chicken and hash brown at 400 for 10 minutes; flipping/shaking half way through
  • Scramble your eggs, fry them up and set aside
  • Mix your cranberries and apricot preserves, set aside some for dipping and rest for inside your crunchwrap
  • Once your chicken is done, cut into small pieces
  • Preheat your stove top with your pan to get it warmed up
  • Assemble your crunchwrap starting with half of your cheese, chicken, egg, cranberry/apricot chutney, hash brown and rest of your cheese
  • Fold like a present (see my Instagram story reel video)
  • Spray folded side and place into your heated fry pan then cover
  • Once the folded side down turns golden brown (just couple minutes), spray the top of your crunchwrap, flip and cover
  • Once that side is golden brown, spray all sides and fry up holding it between your butter spray bottle and spatula
  • Once done, cut in half and enjoy!
