Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich
These turned out big, delicious and packed with 69 grams of protein! I am shooting for more protein in my diet along with a bigger breakfast to help keep me full longer. These are perfect for that!

Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties (see my Turkey Breakfast Sausage recipe)

Eggs

Light English Muffins (I use Franz Original)

slices
Velveeta (any light cheese will work)
2
tsp
Dak's Original Red Seasoning (any will work)
Instructions
Follow my Turkey Breakfast Sausage Recipe for the patties
Preheat oven to 350
Whisk your eggs and seasoning
Pour your eggs into a sprayed 9x13 oven safe dish
Bake your eggs for 20 minutes. Ovens vary so cook until they are no longer runny
Assemble your breakfast sandwiches then wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to 6 days
Reheat - microwave sausage separatly for 40 seconds, reassemble and heat for 1 minute - if you have a toaster then toast your muffin!
