Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich
These jumbo breakfast sandwiches make the perfect meal prep for those of you who get as hungry as I do! They are packed with 69 grams of protein and comes in at 550 calories. Keep in mind that these are 8 ounces of turkey sausage so most of you may only want 4 ounces! I am pushing for extra protein in my diet for weight training.

Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich
These turned out big, delicious and packed with 69 grams of protein! I am shooting for more protein in my diet along with a bigger breakfast to help keep me full longer. These are perfect for that!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Oven
- 1 9×13 Oven Safe Dish
- Foil
Ingredients
- 4 Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties (see my Turkey Breakfast Sausage recipe)
- 8 Large Eggs
- 4 Light English Muffins (I use Franz Original)
- 4 slices Velveeta (any light cheese will work)
- 2 tsp Dak's Original Red Seasoning (any will work)
Instructions
- Follow my Turkey Breakfast Sausage Recipe for the patties
- Preheat oven to 350
- Whisk your eggs and seasoning
- Pour your eggs into a sprayed 9×13 oven safe dish
- Bake your eggs for 20 minutes. Ovens vary so cook until they are no longer runny
- Assemble your breakfast sandwiches then wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to 6 days
- Reheat – microwave sausage separatly for 40 seconds, reassemble and heat for 1 minute – if you have a toaster then toast your muffin!
