Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)
I love cookies and I love oatmeal for breakfast so when I saw this viral baked oats I just had to make them! It seriously tastes just like a cookie and why not have cookies for breakfast?
This is healthy and ONLY 4 Weight Watchers points. It sounds too good to be true I know, but trust me on this one friends…DELISH!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)
COOKIES for breakfast! Well, it tastes like it! Freshly made right out of the oven and I am here for this EVERY morning!I have only made backed oats a few times now, this being my all time favorite! I can't believe it took me so many years to make these! YUM!
Equipment
- 1 Oven
- 1 Ramekin/Oven Safe Dish
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Mashed Banana
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Butter Extract
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup (or honey)
- 15 Sugar Free Baking Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Blend all ingredients together except for chocolate chips
- Pour your mixture into a ramekin or oven safe dish
- Top with your chocolate Chips
- Bake for 25 minutes (give or take depending on your oven)
