I love pie! Do you love pie? This was so incredible and tasted just like a slice of fresh coconut cream pie. I am seriously coconuts over this oatmeal bowl. Yes…I said it.


Coconut Cream Pie Oatmeal Bowl

Happy National Coconut Cream Pie Day! Yep, you guessed it…had to make an oatmeal bowl to celebrate this national day!
I love coconut but WOW when you toast it up it's YUM!

Equipment

  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Microwave
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Instant Plain Oatmeal Packet
  • 1/2 Mashed Banana
  • 4 grams Sugar/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Butter Extract
  • 2 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 4 tbsp FF ReddiWhip
  • 1/2 Honey Maid Reduced Fat Graham Cracker crushed
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Shredded Coconut
  • 1 Dash Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Heat up your instant oat packet in the microwave, following packet directions.
  • While your oats cook, toast up your coconut in a fry pan. No oil/butter needed and this only take a minute. Watch for browning!
  • Once your oats are done, stir in your pudding mix, brown sugar, mashed banana and extracts.
  • Top with crushed graham cracker, ReddiWhip and shredded coconut.
