Ham and Egg Breakfast Bagel

I love the ROYO bagels! They are only 80 calories, 3 ww points, 6 net grams of carbs and 10 grams of protein! Let’s not forget that they are delicious!!

This bagel breakfast sandwich I made while we were camping. Bagel sandwiches are the perfect meal for when you are camping, no matter if it is breakfast or lunch.


Ham and Egg Breakfast Bagel

Breakfast Bagels are always delicious! This one I made when we were camping which is a regular for me as it is super easy!
I love everything bagel's and enjoy using them as my burger bun too! This breakfast sandwich is always yummy and the more ham the better!

Equipment

  • 1 Toaster
  • 1 Fry Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ROYO Everything Bagel
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 oz Deli Shaved Ham
  • 2 Sargento Thin Sliced Colby Jack

Instructions
 

  • Toast up your bagel
  • Fry your eggs using a non stick pan
  • Warm up your ham in the fry pan
  • Assemble your bagel sandwich!
