Almond Joy Yogurt Bowl

Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t. Anyone else remember their tag line?
The Almond Joy candy bar consists of whole almonds and sweetened shredded coconut covered in milk chocolate. I sometimes crave these like none other and always enjoy a delicious candy bar! Unfortunately, they come in high for points, calories and sugar. Turning it into a healthy and delicious yogurt bowl is the perfect solution!
I never ate Almond Joy candy bars as a kid but as an adult I absolutely LOVE the chocolate and coconut combination very much!



Almond Joy Yogurt Bowl
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar Free Coconut Coffee Syrup
- 1 tsp Dak's Chocolate Crave
- 7 grams Sugar/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 3/4 tsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1-1/2 tbsp Slivered Almonds
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (Ross)
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Dark Chocolate Keto Cereal
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with almond extract, pudding mix, brown sugar and coconut syrup.
- Add the yogurt and cereal to your fancy bowl.
- Top with chocolate chips, shredded coconut, almonds and chocolate dusting.
