Cheesy Bacon & Hashbrown Egg Waffles
HOLY WAFFLES! Let me tell you that these are AMAZING! They are packed with 43 grams of protein and ONLY 7 Weight Watchers points!
I love my mini DASH waffle maker! There are so many things you can make in there that aren’t even your standard waffles!
Try these and let me know how you like them. Next time I may fry up the hashbrowns for some crispiness. It is up to you!





Cheesy Bacon & Hashbrown Egg Waffles
WOW these waffles are so delicious! Best part is they come in at only 7 WW points for all four and a whopping 43 grams of protein!There are tons of variations you can make but I stuck with my favorite combo of bacon, eggs and hashbrowns.
Equipment
- 1 Waffle Maker (I use my mini DASH)
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1-7/8 cup Ore Ida Hashbrowns – thawed
- 2-3/4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 1/4 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 1 tsp Dak's Original Red (optional)
Instructions
- Thaw your hashbrowns if they are frozen
- Preheat your waffle maker
- Whisk eggs in your mixing bowl
- Add your cooked bacon, hashbrowns and seasoning then stir
- Spray your waffle maker and spoon some of your mix and make your waffles! I used a rice spoon but a 1/4 cup could work too!

Total of 7 Weight Watchers points for all four waffles!
