Decadent Dark Chocolate Yogurt Bowl
Did you know that it takes 400 cocoa beans to make one pound of chocolate? How incredible is that? Looking at this bowl it makes you wonder how long it took to make all these ingredients that has chocolate in them. It definitely didn’t take as long as I made it.
That is what I love about these protein bowls. Well, besides the fact that they are low in calories and points AND that they are so delicious. Best part is how easy they are to throw together!

Decadent Dark Chocolate Yogurt Bowl
It's National Dark Chocolate Day so I decided to celebrate with this delicious bowl of everything chocolate! This rich chocolaty bowl comes in at 42 grams of protein! Tell me…would you eat this for breakfast or dessert?
Equipment
- 2 Mixing bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp PBfit Chocolate Peanut Butter Powder
- 7 grams Sugar/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 1 tsp Dak's Chocolate Crave
- 1 70 Calorie Fiber One Chocolate Brownie
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Dark Chocolate Keto Cereal
- 2 tsp Light Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Baking Chips (Ross)
- 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with pudding mix, Dak's Chocolate Crave, cocoa and almond milk.
- Mix the Chocolate PBfit with water for your desired consistency.
- Add the yogurt, PBfit, cereal and 1/2 your brownie.
- Top with 1/2 brownie pieces, chocolate chips and chocolate syrup drizzle.
