Maple Butterscotch Yogurt Bowl

HOLY HECK this was delish! I love waffles with warm maple syrup on top…then add peanut butter and YUUUUM!

The combos in this bowl come to life and gives me all the Fall feels. It makes for such a delicious Thanksgiving breakfast.

Happy Thanksgiving Friends! I'm thankful for all the support that all of you have given me over the last few years. It has been quite the rollercoaster for many of us.
Today is a day full of fun, laughter, warm hugs and delicious food. This is definitely the perfect start to the day!

Equipment

  • 2 Mixing bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Catalina Crunch Maple Waffle Keto Cereal
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 grams Sugar/Fat Free Butterscotch Pudding Mix
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 2 grams Pecan Pieces
  • 7 grams Lily's Sugar Free Butterscotch Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix and brown sugar.
  • Mix the PBfit with water to your desired consistency.
  • Add the yogurt, peanut butter and cereal to your fancy bowl.
  • Top with maple syrup, butterscotch chips and pecans.
