Apple and Banana Nachos

These fruit snack plates are the best solution for your sweet tooth! There are so many different delicious goodies you can top them with such as peanut butter, chocolate chips, coconut, granola, cereal and of course sprinkles!

I love adding banana slices on my apple nachos to add even more flavor. Let me know what you like to add to yours!


Apple and Banana Nachos

When you have a sweet tooth this is a fantastic choice! Apples and bananas make the perfect snack but then adding chocolate and peanut butter takes them to another level!
This may look like a hot mess and it's because it is! SO GOOD! This is shareable but I put the recipe in for the entire plate!

Equipment

  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple (I love Honeycrisp)
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
  • 2 tsp Hersheys Lite Chocolate Sundae Syrup
  • 7 grams Lilys Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1 tsp Sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp Fat Free Reddi Whip

Instructions
 

  • Mix your PBfit with water for your perfect consistency
  • Cut your apple and banana then place on your plate
  • Drizzle your chocolate syrup
  • Drizzle the peanut butter
  • Add your whipped cream then sprinkles
