Blackened Chicken Burrito Bowl
Is anyone else obsessed with the Tyson Blackened Chicken? I seriously could eat it every day and there are so many things you can make with it!
Burrito bowls are one of my favorite things to make. There are endless ways to fill your bowl such as different proteins, different types of rice, all kind of veggies and this one here is one of my favorites! It is like a party and how beautiful is this?



Blackened Chicken Burrito Bowl
This right here is one of my favorite burrito bowls. I do tend to go into my pantry first to see what all I have available. Then I check on what protein I have in my fridge and freezer and hope for the best! These bowls are super filling and really delicious!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Microwave
Ingredients
- 5 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken
- 1/2 cup Uncle Bens Microwave Brown Rice
- 2/3 cup Roasted Corn
- 1/2 cup Black Beans
- 1/3 oz Cotija Cheese
- 1/3 cup Diced Onion
- 1/3 cup Diced Sweet Mini Red Pepper
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Light Sour Cream
- 1 Wholly Guacamole 100 calorie pack
- 13 Good Thins Corn Crackers
Instructions
- Air fry chicken at 400 for 8 minutes
- Chop up your onions, red pepper and cilantro
- Rinse your black beans if opening from a can.
- Microwave your rice
- Once your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
- Add all the goodies to your bowl and enjoy!
