Korean Beef, Cabbage and Rice Bowl

I love a sweet and spicy Korean inspired meat and rice bowl. Then adding in cooked cabbage is a game changer.

I cook the cabbage in the fry pan once the meat is done but not for too long as I still keep a slight crisp on it which is how I like it! This is a super easy and quick meal!

Korean Beef, Cabbage and Rice Bowl

This bowl always turns out delicious! I usually have some 96/4% in my fridge so I decided to make this as it' been a while and YUM so glad I did!
The sauce can be as sweet and spicy as you want. This one is on the low scale for spicy!
