Chocolate Caramel Ice Cream Yogurt Bowl
I am all about ice cream any time of the day! Why not for breakfast?
These Mad Mini ice cream sandwiches are delish! They are only 2 to 3 points a piece and made with real ingredients! This bowl turned out amazing. I ended up just dipping them into my yogurt mix. I could barely get through taking my photos before devouring them. HA!
Chocolate Caramel Ice Cream Yogurt Bowl
It's National Ice Cream For Breakfast Day so I celebrated with these delicious ice cream sandwiches dipped in my delicious yogurt mix! Don't knock it until you try it…this bowl was insane and I enjoyed it VERY much!
Equipment
- 2 Mixing bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
- 5 grams Lily's Chocolate Salted Caramel Baking Chips
- 1 Mad Minis Blondie Ice Cream Sandwich
- 1 Mad Minis Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwich
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Butter Extract
- 2/3 tbsp Coffee Mate Twix Sugar Free Creamer
- 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
- 9 grams Sugar/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 1/2 Sliced banana
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix, cocoa and creamer.
- Mix the PBfit with water for a drizzled consistency.
- Slice 1/2 banana.
- Add the yogurt mix to your fancy bowl.
- Top with your banana, drizzle of PBfit, chocolate chips and ice cream sandwiches.
