Spicy Chicken & Egg Breakfast Crunchwrap

There is a huge following…some may say a cult following of those that eat these Tyson Blackened Chicken. Costco used to sell it but now only has the seasoned rotisserie kind. Some Costco’s may have this and some have Black Pepper ones which I have never seen. It’s hard to find for some which can be frustrating. The ones I find in my local grocery store (Kroger/Fred Meyer) are $10 a bag unless they are on sale! Crazy but trust me…for some this chicken is a life savor. For me it certainly is!



Spicy Chicken & Egg Breakfast Crunchwrap
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 8 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken
- 70 grams Tater Tots (I use Ore Ida)
- 4 Eggs
- 1-1/2 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 6 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Instructions
- Air fry the chicken and tater tots at 400 for 10 minutes
- While the chicken and tots are cooking, scramble up your eggs.
- Once the chicken and tots are done, take them out and separate.
- Cut up your chicken into bite size pieces.
- Squish your tater tots down with a fork.
- Layout your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
