Chocolate Chip Cookie Yogurt Bowl
I love chocolate chip cookies so if I have an opportunity to incorporate them into a meal I will!
I use garnish in a few of my bowls, especially cookies. I am very clear in my Instagram posts what I eat and the points. If I could find low point/calorie cookies then would love it! Let me know!!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Yogurt Bowl
YUM this was such an incredible bowl and I am here for it! Who doesn't love chocolate chip cookies? Ok, there probably are a few of you out there and if so, you can turn this bowl into a different kind of cookie.The ideas are endless when it comes to these yogurt bowls. Have fun and eat healthy!
Equipment
- 2 Mixing bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Chips Ahoy Cookie
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Dark Chocolate Keto Cereal
- 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
- 10 grams Sugar/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (Simply Delish)
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Baking Chips (Ross)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Butter Extract
- 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix and brown sugar.
- Mix the PBfit with water to your desired consistency.
- Add the yogurt to your fancy bowl.
- Add your cereal and peanut butter.
- Top your bowl with 1/2 crushed cookie and chocolate chips.
