Mini Italian Pizza Crunchwraps
WOW this may look like a hot mess but trust me on this one…you have GOT to make this! I enjoy pizza but sometimes I want it as a snack or appetizer. This was perfect for football game day where we could just grab snacks off the table and watch the game.
You can make these with any pizza ingredients you want! This was so incredibly flavorful and really satisfied all of us! It turned out really pretty on the table too!
Mini Italian Pizza Crunchwraps
I love a good pizza and THESE were so fun to have out for people to snack on, especially while watching football on game day. These make such a great appetizer and you could fill a table with different kind of mini pizza crunchwraps. Go all out and go crazy with the ideas…they're endless!
Equipment
- 2 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb
- 72 grams Turkey Pepperoni
- 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
- 4 tbsp Sliced Black Olives (I like Pearls)
- 1/1-2 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (Trader Joes)
- 1/2 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Instructions
- Pan fry your mushrooms to get golden brown.
- Warm up your pizza sauce. Not too hot or your flatbread could tear.
- Warm up your pepperoni just a little so it isn't cold when you bit into your crunchwraps
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then half again. ENJOY!
