Chicken Sausage, Egg & Hashbrown Breakfast Crunchwrap
I am a huge fan of chicken sausage. So much lower in calories and points with tons of flavor. I always appreciate a delicious food that is a healthier choice!
Anyone else out there love chicken sausage? If so, this is a delicious breakfast crunchwrap you must try!




Chicken Sausage, Egg & Hashbrown Breakfast Crunchwrap
I love chicken sausage of all kinds but AmyLu is my favorite brand! There are tons of different variations and so many recipes you can use them with. I love starting my day with a breakfast crunchwrap!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- Microwave
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 1 AmyLu Full Chicken Sausage
- 1-1/2 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 4 Eggs
- 16 Ore Ida Tater Tots
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Instructions
- Air fry the tater tots and chicken sausage at 400 for 6 minutes
- While the sausage and taters are cooking, scramble up your eggs
- Once the sausage is cooked, slice into bit size pieces
- Take out your tater tots, set on a plate and use a fork to smash them down to flatten a little.
- Layout your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flatbread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your fry pan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
Notes
Total of 12 Weight Watchers points for EACH / half of the plate = 1 full crunchwrap.
