Pepperoni, Olive & Pineapple Pizza Crunchwraps
Who’s Team Pineapple? ME ME! It seems like a debate from people on whether pineapple belongs on pizza or not. For me, I have always loved the sweetness on pizza with the balance of the savory.
It’s either you love or you hate pineapple on pizza. I say have what you love! This right here was delish but you can put any of your favorite pizza ingredients you want in this!




Pepperoni, Olive & Pineapple Pizza Crunchwraps
I wanted pizza but I also wanted a crunchwrap so since I was indecisive I chose BOTH! This turned out delicious and I will have this on repeat. Ok I probably say that about all my crunchwraps. HA!
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 2 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 1/2 cup Pineapple Tidbits
- 4 tbsp Sliced Black Olives (I love Pearls)
- 64 grams Turkey Pepperoni
- 2 tbsp Bacon Pieces (like Kirkland brand)
- 1/2 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce
- 1-1/2 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joe's)
- 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
Instructions
- Lay out your flatbread
- Layer the middle of your flat bread with your ingredients; starting and ending with ½ each of shredded cheese. This helps melt the cheese!
- Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
- Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
- Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
- When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!

Total of 9 Weight Watchers points for EACH / half of the plate = 1 full crunchwrap.
