Salted Caramel Mocha Oatmeal Bowl
This is one of the most delicious coffee flavors I used to get at Starbucks. I still will get in once in a while but ordered much differently now than before to save on the Weight Watchers points and calories.
This is the perfect solution for a little extra kick of caffeine in your breakfast! YUM!



Salted Caramel Mocha Oatmeal Bowl
Monday mornings call for extra caffeine. This was my perfect solution to my problem of it being early on a Monday. This may look like a hot mess but trust me it was AMAZING and tasted just like the coffee!
Equipment
- 1 Microwave
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Instant Plain Oatmeal Packet
- 1 tsp Starbucks VIA Instant Coffee
- 5 grams Sugar/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
- 3 grams Sugar free chocolate chips
- 3 grams Sugar Free Salted Caramel Chocolate Chips
- 1 fl oz Torani Sugar Free Salted Caramel Coffee Syrup
- 1 tsp Light Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tsp Sugar Free Caramel Sundae Syrup
- 3 tbsp FF ReddiWhip
Instructions
- Heat up your instant oat packet in the microwave, following packet directions.
- Once done, stir in your pudding mix, coffee, coffee syrup and cocoa.
- Chop up some of your baking chocolate chips for on top later!
- Transfer your oats to a bowl you will eat out of.
- Top with your chocolate and caramel baking chips, drizzle of chocolate and caramel, Reddiwhip and chocolate chip shavings.
