Bacon and Tater Omelette
I love a huge and delicious omelette! The best part is you can put anything and everything inside and you could never get tired of it.
Everyone seems to spell omelette differently. Omelet omelette…all that matters is that they are yummy, versatile and my go-to hot breakfast when I want to stay away from any snacking between breakfast and lunch!
Bacon and Tater Omelette
It's National Tater Day so of course I had to post this beautiful and delicious omelette. This could serve two if you wish unless you are super hungry like I am and most likely can eat this entire thing! I love omelette's as they are super filling and you can stuff them with everything possible! I am a big bacon fan so this one is my favorite!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Small Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 83 grams Ore Ida Tater Tots
- 4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
- 3/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 4 Eggs
Instructions
- Air fry your tots at 400 for 8 minutes
- While your tots cook, whisk your eggs and pour into your sprayed fry pan on low/medium
- Once the edges of your egg starts to form but still runny throughout, add half of your cheese
- When your egg starts to bubble but still has some runny parts, add bacon then tater tots (at this point your tots will be done)
- Sprinkle almost the rest of your cheese, fold your egg then add remainder of cheese
- Once your cheese is melted, it is done!
