Peanut Butter Caramel Turtle Brownie Oatmeal

Why not indulge when it comes to breakfast? Oatmeal is so delicious for you but I prefer mine with other sweet additions so it tastes amazing! This could be called dessert. Call it what you’d like but I call it delicious!

Oatmeal is incredibly nutritious. In fact oats are one of the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat! Oats can also improve blood sugar control. Don’t be afraid of carbs my friends!


Peanut Butter Caramel Turtle Brownie Oatmeal Bowl

It's National Walnut Day so wanted to come up with a delicious bowl of oats to kick off the day!
Walnuts have many health benefits such as rich nutrients, they are a healthy fat and can help with heart health. They are delicious too so don't be afraid to add them into your oatmeal, ice cream, salads and more!

Equipment

  • 1 Microwave
  • 2 Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Instant Plain Oatmeal Packet
  • 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 5 grams Sugar/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • Ben & Jerry's Brownie Chunks
  • 1 tsp Sugar Free Caramel Sundae Syrup
  • 1 tsp Light Chocolate Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Walnuts Crushed

Instructions
 

  • Heat up your instant oat packet in the microwave, following packet directions.
  • Mix the powdered peanut butter with water to your desired consistency.
  • Once oatmeal is done, stir in your pudding mix, cocoa and extracts.
  • Transfer your oatmeal into the bowl you will eat out of.
  • Add peanut butter, brownie chunks, crushed walnuts and drizzle of caramel and chocolate syrups.

Notes

Total of 6 Weight Watchers points.
Use 70 calorie Fiber One Chocolate Brownie instead of the fudge chunks to save points!
