Almond Roca Oatmeal Bowl
Almond Roca has always been my favorite candy since I was a child. I used to sell it when I was in Campfire. I may have eaten more than I sold but still to this day, I enjoy them very much. It is rare that I eat them and we do not keep them in the house for that very reason. They would be gone in one sitting.
Almond Roca Oatmeal Bowl
I could eat an entire bowl of Almond Roca! I thought that I'd turn it into a delicious oatmeal bowl with less Weight Watchers points and calories!
Equipment
- 1 Microwave
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Instant Plain Oatmeal Packet
- 1/2 Mashed Banana
- 5 grams Sugar/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 fl oz Torani Sugar Free Almond Roca Coffee Syrup
- 2 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Butter Extract
- 9 grams Sugar Free Baking Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 oz Crushed Chocolate Roasted Almonds
- 1 Almond Roca – garnish
Instructions
- Heat up your instant oat packet in the microwave, following packet directions.
- Once done, stir in your pudding mix, mashed banana, coffee syrup, brown sugar and extracts.
- Transfer your oatmeal into the bowl you will eat out of.
- Top with almonds, chocolate chips and Almond Roca.
