Cinnamon Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl
I could eat pumpkin all year round. Anything that has pumpkin in it I am a big fan of. As most of you know, I am not a big baker. So any chance I can get to make something that tastes like a pie or muffin in easy form, I will make it! This tasted JUST like cheesecake AND it’s healthy!
I do love Fall as it is my favorite season so pumpkin always takes me back to Fall. The leaves changing, the crisp sunny weather and bringing out the boots. Pumpkin is of course the best part of it all. Who’s with me?!
Cinnamon Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake Yogurt Bowl
OH EM GEE this yogurt bowl is now my all time favorite! The pumpkin cheesecake flavor with the cereal…it literally is like eating a piece of pie! This entire bowl is only 6 points and comes in at a whopping 42 grams of protein!
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Libby’s Pure Pumpkin
- 4 grams Sugar/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- 1/2 fl oz Sugar Free Caramel Pumpkin Coffee Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Keto Cereal
- 2 tbsp Light Whipped Cream
- 10 grams Lily's Sugar Free White Chocolate Baking Chips
- 2 tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Powder
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix, brown sugar, coffee syrup and pumpkin spices.
- Add the yogurt to your fancy bowl.
- Mix your PBfit with water for your desired consistency.
- Add the PBfit, pure pumpkin, and cereal to your bowl.
- Top with whipped cream, dash of pumpkin spice and baking chips.
