Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl

I love smoothies but make it thicker to create a smoothie bowl! The perfect breakfast or snack, especially on a hot day!
This gives me all the warm grandma fresh apple pie feels but without all the added calories and guilt!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Red Apple – Diced
  • 1/2 Banana – Peeled & Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Granola Mix

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything together except for granola
  • Pour into a bowl and top with granola and chopped apple
