Cherry Almond Pistachio Oatmeal Bowl

This oatmeal bowl is full of intense flavors that you will want to make a dessert bar out of! That is where I got this idea from!

Like a lot of my oatmeal bowls, my inspiration comes from desserts and this one is no different. It is delicious, healthy and filling!

Cherry Almond Pistachio Oatmeal Bowl

OH.EM.GEE trust me friends when I tell you that this bowl right here is AMAZING! I love the combination of flavors. I added yogurt to this oatmeal bowl and YUM!
Have you ever had a cherry almond pistachio bar? I haven't either but it is where the inspiration for this bowl came from. Now I should try my hand at making these bars!

  • 1 Microwave
  • Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Light & Fit Cherry Yogurt
  • 1 Instant Oatmeal Packet
  • 4 grams Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 Medium Banana – mashed
  • 1 Tbsp Unsalted Roasted Pistachios
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  • 2/3 cup Frozen Cherries

Instructions
 

  • Heat up your instant oat packet in the microwave, following packet directions.
  • When your oatmeal is done, stir in pudding mix, extract and mashed banana
  • Assemble your bowl with oatmeal, yogurt, pistachios and cherries
