Chubby Hubby Oatmeal Bowl
This bowl of oatmeal is inspired by the Ben & Jerry’s “Chubby Hubby” ice cream flavor! Vanilla with fudge, pretzels and peanut butter swirls.
Back when I first started Weight Watchers, I ate instant steel cut oats. All my recipes I include just standard instant oatmeal but steel cut is the same point value so eat whichever is your favorite!

Is there anything better than fudge brownie, peanut butter and pretzels? Not for me there isn't and this bowl right here is everything dreams are made of!Dessert for breakfast is where its at AND you can make it healthier and lower in points.
Equipment
- 1 Microwave
- 1 Small Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Instant Plain Oatmeal Packet
- 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
- 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Butter Extract
- 1/2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 5 grams Sugar/Fat Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 3 grams Sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Light Chocolate Syrup
- 7 grams Mini Pretzels
- Ben & Jerry's Brownie Chunks
Instructions
- Heat up your instant oat packet in the microwave, following packet directions.
- Mix the powdered peanut butter with water to your desired consistency.
- Once oatmeal is done, stir in your pudding mix, brown sugar and extracts.
- Transfer your oatmeal into the bowl you will eat out of.
- Add in your peanut butter, pretzels, brownie chunks and drizzle of chocolate syrup.
Notes
Total of 6 Weight Watchers points.
You can trade the brownie chunks for 70 calorie Fiber One Brownie.
