Beef Taco Salad

I love a big bowl of salad, especially one that has tons of veggies and colors! What makes this salad even more amazing is the delicious ZERO point buffalo ranch dressing from Food By The Gram!


Beef Taco Salad

I was in the mood for a ginormous delicious taco salad for lunch. I just cut up some veggies I had in the fridge and pantry then piled on top of chopped romaine lettuce.
My favorite part of this salad is the healthy buffalo ranch dressing from my friend Food By The Gram. It is ZERO points on Weight Watchers. Trust me, you don't need to lose out on delicious flavorful foods when watching your waste line!

Equipment

  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz 96/4% Ground Beef
  • 4 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 3/8 cup Diced Sweet Red Pepper
  • Taco Seasoning
  • 25 Good Thins Corn Crackers
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Black Olives
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Corn
  • 1/2 cup Healthy Buffalo Ranch Dressing (Food by the Gram)

Instructions
 

  • Fry up your ground beef with taco seasoning.
  • Chop up all your veggies
  • Mix your dressing ingredients. Find on Food by the Gram (search healthy buffalo ranch dressing)
  • Add everything to your salad bowl
  • I pour on my dressing, squish the crackers in my hands and dust over the salad then mix it all together.
