Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 lbs chicken breast
  • 2 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 4 cups Shredded Coleslaw Cabbage
  • 1 cup Pineapple Tidbits

Honey Soy Sweet Chili Sauce

  • 6 tbsp GHughes Sugar Free Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Wholesome Yum Keto Honey
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Cut your chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
  • Drizzle with lite olive oil (optional) and season with pepper (or your favorite seasoning).
  • Air Fry at 400 for 20 minutes, single layer and flipping a few times during cooking.
  • While your chicken is cooking, microwave your rice or in a pressure cooker.
  • Mix shredded cabbage and pineapple and set aside.
  • Mix all of your sauce ingredients in the sauce pan, bring up to a quick boil then down to a simmer
  • Once your chicken is cooked, mix the sauce in until all pieces are fully covered.
  • Assemble your meal prep bowls and ENJOY!
