Fig and Gouda Brats

OMG these are sooo GOUDA my friends‼️ Salty and sweet are my JAM! Yep I couldn’t help myself with the mom jokes. 🤪 These may not look amazing but trust me they taste AMAZING!

Why eat just a standard brat on a bun with normal fixings when you can level it up with fig jam and Gouda cheese?

Fig and Gouda Brats

I created these while we were camping. We had leftovers from a charcuterie set-up that we did wity my brother, sister in-law and fam that was so fun while we all hung out for 4th of July camping!
We usually have brats when camping since it’s an easy and delicious grill option so I thought why not use fig jam and Gouda that we had as part of the charcuterie? Let me tell you these are life changing!
