Ingredients
- 1-1/3 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1/2 package Simply Delish Keto Lemon Pudding Mix
- 1 tsp Poppyseeds
- 2 tbsp Zero Reddi Whip
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup Catalina Crunch Blueberry Muffin Cereal
- 4 tbsp Blueberry Preserves
Instructions
- Whisk your yogurt, pudding mix and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
- Layer your parfait however you want! I started with my blueberries, then yogurt mix, cereal, more berries and yogurt then added the cereal, preserves and whipped topping!
