  • 1 tsp Poppyseeds
  • 2 tbsp Zero Reddi Whip
  • 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 cup Catalina Crunch Blueberry Muffin Cereal
  • 4 tbsp Blueberry Preserves

Instructions
 

  • Whisk your yogurt, pudding mix and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
  • Layer your parfait however you want! I started with my blueberries, then yogurt mix, cereal, more berries and yogurt then added the cereal, preserves and whipped topping!
