Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Bowl
Yogurt bowls are the perfect protein to keep you full longer and get a healthy meal in! This was dessert in a bowl and WOW I could never get tired of this one. I love everything pumpkin and when you mix chocolate in there it makes dreams come true!
Chocolate Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Bowl
This incredible bowl is ONLY 6 points and comes in at a whopping 30 grams of protein! I love pumpkin anytime of the year. I was in the mood for dessert at breakfast time and this was rich, decadent and delicious!
Equipment
- 1 Medium Mixing Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% Plain Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Libby's Pure Pumpkin
- 1 fl oz Sugar Free Pumpkin Caramel Coffee Syrup
- 9 grams Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- 15 Sugar Free Chocolate Caramel Baking Chips
- 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Dark Chocolate Keto Cereal
- 1 tsp Daks Chocolate Crave
- 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- 2 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sugar Free Whipped Topping
Instructions
- Mix your yogurt with the pudding mix, brown sugar, pumpkin spices and coffee syrup.
- Put your yogurt into a serving bowl and add the cereal, pumpkin, baking chips and top with pumpkin seasoning, dash of chocolate crave and whipped topping.
